Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CVTone AI at cvtone.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

CVTone AI is an AI-powered CV builder platform that enables users to create professional CVs in Arabic and English. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

Subscription Terms

  • The Free plan provides one CV, one cover letter, and PDF export at no charge. All 30 templates are currently included on the Free plan for a limited promotional period, which we may end at any time.
  • The paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite) are monthly subscriptions that provide AI-powered features, advanced ATS analysis, and priority support.
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Points System

Paid subscribers receive monthly AI points that power AI features. Points are non-refundable and non-transferable. Subscription points expire 30 days after they are granted; points bought in a top-up pack expire 365 days after purchase. Additional points may be purchased separately on a paid plan.

User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your CV.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including your CV text and data. CVTone AI owns all rights to the platform, templates, design elements, AI models, and underlying technology. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our templates for personal CV creation.

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing accounts or access.
  • Automated scraping, data mining, or using bots to access the Service.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform or AI features.
  • Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise system security.

Limitation of Liability

CVTone AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
